FBI Director Notes Gotaways a ‘Concern’ for Agency

You know it has to be bad when FBI Director Wray actually admits we have a problem at the border.

Wray was testifying before the House Homeland Security Committee when he was asked about gotaways.

He tried to measure his words, but my guess is that Joe is not going to be happy with how this testimony went.

It’s a Problem

To be honest, it was a bit frustrating to hear Wray worry more about the framing of the subject than just telling the American people the truth, but at least it is out there.

The committee asked Wray, "Can the FBI guarantee American people that known or suspected terrorists, including any from Hamas or other terror groups, are not amongst those gotaways?"

He responded, “Well, certainly the group of people that you're talking about are a source of great concern for us. That's why we're aggressively using all 56 of our joint terrorism task forces.”

This is a far bigger problem than the media is reporting right now.

When I was researching this story, I saw a headline that claimed the percentage of terrorists among the gotaways is “minuscule,” so let’s take a look at what they are basically dismissing.

Over the last fiscal year, it was estimated that there were 600,000 gotaways that crossed the border and entered the country.

Now, I would consider 0.0001 a minuscule percentage, but even at that rate, that would mean there are 60 terrorists operating in this country right now.

Less than two dozen people were involved in the attack on 9/11 against this country.

Just think of the damage that three times that number, or likely more, can do if they coordinate their attacks.

That is what Joe Biden has allowed into this country.

So, please, mainstream media, dismiss these numbers as “miniscule” at your own risk.
