VP contender Josh Shapiro blasted for trying to talk like Obama

Well, the latest news about Kamala Harris campaign is bizarre to say the least and may leave you scratching your head!

One of Vice President Kamala Harris’ top choices to become her running mate, Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, has made headlines for a peculiar reason.

Shapiro has been caught putting on a cadence that comes across UNMISTAKBLY similar to former President Barack Obama.

The cadence is so undeniable that it is already being joked about on various talk shows and across the internet.

One host of the Daily Show, Ronny Chieng, even said that Josh Shapiro now sounds like “Josh Hussein Shapiro” -- a reference to Obama’s middle name.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Obama asked him for his birth certificate,” Chieng continued, poking at Shapiro again.

Another Democratic operative even went so far as to call Shapiro’s cadence “creepy.”

However, despite the incessant mocking and criticism Shapiro has received since launching his newfound voice, he does not seem to see the problem!

“Barack Obama was probably our most gifted orator of my time, so that’s kind of a weird insult,” Shapiro said.

Clearly, he thinks attempting to talk like former President Barack Obama will give him some sort of unspoken credibility.

Why?

Perhaps he is just as delusional as the current vice president!

At this point, Shapiro is on par to get just as shredded online as Harris.

Shapiro was already facing scrutiny online after one of his former employees implied that he had swept some pretty serious allegations of another employee under the rug.

Why on earth he is said to be Harris’ top pick we truly may never know.

Harris is not necessarily known for her ability to make good decisions.

Why should her V.P. pick be any exception?

Why do you think Shapiro is attempting to mimic Obama’s cadence?
