RNC Supports Trump In 14th Amendment Case

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in the 14th Amendment ballot removal case involving Donald Trump.

There is good news for Trump all around in this scenario.

The first bit of good news is the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court leans conservative at the moment, partly thanks to the stellar nominations that Trump was able to get through while he was serving as America's 45th president.

Even if the Supreme Court isn't going to blindly side with Trump, that's okay. We would never want them to throw out truth and justice just to support the same people with whom we agree.

That's not how this country works. That's not what our founding fathers intended, and it's not what countless men and women have fought for and died to protect.

We don't want the Supreme Court to make a decision for Trump, we want the Supreme Court to side with AMERICA.

One organization already seems to have pledged its intention to do just that.

I'm talking about America's Republican National Committee.

It could end up being kind of a risky move to support Trump, depending on what the eventual outcome of his court cases are. America's RNC is willing to do it anyway.

The Republican National Committee and the National Republican Congressional Committee recently released a joint filing telling America exactly what they think about the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to remove America's 45th president from the state's presidential primary ballot.

In case you couldn't guess, they think it's undemocratic.

"This case arises from an historically unprecedented attempt to remove a presidential candidate from the ballot," attorneys for the committees said in the joint statement. "But the Colorado Supreme Court was the first to take the bait. It should have taken the other path."
