Obama Does NOT Endorse Harris in Statement After Biden Withdrawal

There is little doubt that Barack Obama leaned on Joe Biden to step down from the Democrat nomination.

Above all else, Dems want to stay in power, and if that means trashing the votes of Americans and putting another candidate in place, that is what they are willing to do.

Obama issued a long statement after Biden left the race, but there was something noticeable missing from it.

No Endorsement

Obama went out of his way to applaud Biden as an American hero. The same man the entire party was trying to embarrass into dropping out is now an icon.

For instance, in his statement, Obama stated, “Joe understands better than anyone the stakes in this election – how everything he has fought for throughout his life, and everything that the Democratic Party stands for, will be at risk if we allow Donald Trump back in the White House and give Republicans control of Congress.

“I also know Joe has never backed down from a fight…for him to look at the political landscape and decide that he should pass the torch to a new nominee is surely one of the toughest in his life.

“But I know he wouldn’t make this decision unless he believed it was right for America.”

The problem, however, is that voters chose Biden, so Dems are not supposed to be able to change horses simply because Biden is polling badly.

After Obama gushed over Biden’s decision to circumvent voters and our Constitution, he then avoided endorsing anyone for the position.

Obama stated, “We will be navigating uncharted waters in the days ahead.

“But I have extraordinary confidence that the leaders of our party will be able to create a process from which an outstanding nominee emerges.”

These are unchartered waters because neither party has ever even considered changing candidates after a primary election, until now.

While that letter was meant as an olive branch to Biden and an effort to save his legacy, I have to imagine it was a slap in the face for Kamala.

Several other high-profile Democrats have since endorsed Kamala, but Obama is staying silent, which tells us all we need to know about Harris.

And don’t let them fool you because no matter how anyone words this, they have taken the choice out of the hands of the American people and put it with the party, the exact opposite of what our Founding Fathers intended.
