Kamala Harris' LGBTQ Title IX rules rejected by Supreme Court

When it comes to Kamala Harris, she doesn't like to talk about the policies and positions of hers that really matter in politics.

Instead, she tries her best to divide America as much as possible based on gender, race, and sexual orientation.

The Biden administration's attempts to not only increase the current scope of Title IX but also include transgender rights in its protections is just the most recent example of this.

Luckily, common sense prevailed, and the U.S. Supreme Court recently ruled 5-4 against the Biden administration's attempt to include transgender rights in Title IX.

If Title IX only did what it is meant to do, and that is provide young girls with the same opportunities to play sports that young boys enjoy, then it wouldn't be so bad.

However, that isn't at all what the true intentions of Title IX are, at least according to the Biden administration.

The Biden-Harris administration is greatly increasing government overreach and make silly rules for transgender people and framing it as something that is meant to help young girls receive equal opportunity.

Even though Justice Neil Gorsuch sided with the Supreme Court's liberals, enough justices to make a majority decided that the Biden administration will NOT be allowed to force through transgender rights under the name of Title IX before lower courts have a chance to properly look at the case.

Harris hangs her hat on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, but when you stop and think about it, who are these things really benefiting?

Sure, some groups might benefit a little bit from these decisions Harris is trying to force through, but is America as a whole really better because of her DEI initiatives?

The answer is absolutely not. That's because Kamala Harris isn't actually trying to make sure that everyone is included and given a reasonable opportunity. What she's really trying to do is demonize conservatives and divide this country based on demographics.

We need to speak with our vote this November to make sure she's NEVER allowed to fully accomplish her goals.
