Judge declares Biden immigration program illegal
President Joe Biden just received a devastating ruling on yet ANOTHER failed administration program.
Federal Judge J. Campbell Barker has officially stopped a Biden administration program from allowing illegal immigrants citizenship by way of their marriage to American citizens.
Judge Barker made the ruling after more than a DOZEN other states had huge issues with the proposed Biden administration program and filed a lawsuit.
Not long after the lawsuits, Barker found that the program does violate the United States immigration law.
Of course, the Biden administration is upset about the ruling.
White House spokesman Angelo Fernández Hernández released a statement on Barker’s decision that made headlines.
“We strongly disagree with yesterday's ruling and we are evaluating next steps,” Hernández began.
The spokesman did not stop there.
“This ruling sides with Republican state officials who are seeking to force U.S. citizens and their families, people who have lived in the United States for more than ten years, to either separate or live in the shadows in constant fear of deportation. As the President has said, America is not a country that tears families apart,” Hernández said.
While the Biden administration CAN technically appeal the ruling from Judge Barker, it is not looking good for the program considering one of Trump’s BIGGEST priorities is fixing the horrendous immigration policies created by Biden’s administration.
We commend Barker on his decision to stop the program proposed by Joe Biden.
At this point, Biden has HAD his chance to fix the problem of illegal immigrants in this country.
He has already made a big enough mess as it is!
America is facing an actual crisis at the border because of Biden’s policies and programs put into place over the past few years.
Do you think Donald Trump will be able to fix border issues caused by Joe Biden and his administration?
