Federal Judge Orders 13 Michigan House And Senate Districts Redrawn

Michigan is in a unique situation with it's elections right now.

If there was an election held in the state today...

A re-do would immediately be ordered.

That's because ALL elections in the state are being put on hold until 13 Michigan House and Senate districts have been redrawn.

The decision was made by three federal judges who have decided that the districts are unconstitutional and say the maps will need to be redone.

Dec. 21 was the day the ruling came down, and the judges immediately ordered the Secretary of State to not allow any elections to occur in the state until the 13 districts are taken care of.

The judges came to the conclusion that the information given to lawmakers that was used to draw the maps had been based on incomplete data.

As a result, the map "was incomplete in order to have Black voting age percentages that would 'guarantee a Black-preferred candidate could make it through the primary to the general election,'" according to the Detroit News.

"Yet these experts told the commissioners again and again — based on general election data alone — that black-preferred candidates would 'perform well' in these districts," the judges' opinion read. "That was a grave disservice to everyone involved with this case, above all the voters themselves."

Regardless of what you think about this particular case, it proves one thing.

Donald Trump was NOT crazy when he pointed to election irregularities in Michigan.

I'm not saying that this is proof that the entire 2020 election was fraudulent, all I'm saying is that Democrats are telling Trump that election irregularities NEVER happen.

That's simply not true, and this is just another nugget of proof.

Our election process should always have an eye kept on it to make sure that things are going as fairly as possible.

Liberals hate that idea though... they think it hurts their chances of winning!
