Cuba Gooding Jr. Added to ‘Diddy’ Sexual Asssault Lawsuit

There has been another development in the Sean “Diddy” Combs drama that has been paying out since the weekend.

If you missed the reports, Combs’ homes were raided by federal officials this week in relation to a sex trafficking scandal.

Now, one of Combs’ accusers has added actor Cuba Gooding Jr. to her sexual assault claim.

Reports were blowing up after Combs’ home had been raided, with speculation flying over the raid.

DHS later came out to confirm that the raids were conducted as part of a human trafficking investigation, but that was about all the information we had at the time.

Since the raid, it appears that while some people were taken into custody, nobody in Combs’ family was arrested (his two sons were seen in handcuffs during the raid).

Now, Rodney “Lil’ Rod” Jones, a producer who was suing Combs for sexual assault, has also added Cuba Gooding Jr.’s name to the suit.

Jones claims that Gooding Jr. was "sexually harassing and assaulting" him by "touching, groping, and fondling" him during a party on a yacht that had been rented by Combs in January 2023.

The party reportedly took place in the Virgin Islands.

Prior to Gooding being added to the suit, Jones had claimed that Combs forced him to perform sexual acts with prostitutes.

The filing stated, "According to Mr. Jones, he was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to lean away from Mr. Gooding Jr.

"He rejected his advances and Mr. Gooding Jr. did not stop until Mr. Jones forcibly pushed him away.

"As the owner of the property, Mr. Combs had a duty to protect Mr. Jones from the harm he suffered at the hands of Cuba Gooding Jr.

"Mr. Combs breached his duty when he failed to stop Cuba Gooding Jr. from sexually assaulting Mr. Jones."

Sexual assault allegations are nothing new to either of these men.

Combs’ problems are well documented and Gooding Jr. recently settled out of court with an alleged rape victim back in June 2023.

Combs has denied any wrongdoing to this point, with his attorneys stating, "Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday.

“His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.

"We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls.

“We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them."
