Congress subpoenas Mayorkas for Secret Service documents on Trump rally

After the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump, the Secret Service was met with serious heat for not doing more to prevent the shooting that day.

They deserved every bit of it!

Our president deserves to be kept safe, and America's Secret Service did not do a good enough job on that day.

Trump nearly lost his life, and an innocent rally attendee died, leaving behind a wife and children.

Now, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is likely PANICKING over the latest news.

He has been slapped with a subpoena.

The House Homeland Security Committee is now demanding to see any details the Secret Service has on how the agency prepared to keep Trump safe that day.

The only reason Trump believes he is alive is because he turned his head at the last minute to take a look at a chart behind him.

Trump could easily be dead right now had things gone differently!

As a result, Mayorkas needs to answer for what happened on his watch during that rally.

The House Homeland Security Committee has already issued a subpoena for Mayorkas to come give an explanation for how America's former president has a bullet hole in his ear right now.

House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green said that he tried to get Mayorkas to cooperate, but the Department of Homeland Security has not acquiesced so far.

Mayorkas is at the top of the Homeland Security Department, the entity which oversees the Secret Service.

Rep. Mark Green is seeking documents relating to a protection plan for Donald Trump at the July 13 rally in Pennsylvania. America should be able to have a look at these documents so that we can determine if a proper plan was not in place, or if human error caused that plan not to be followed.

"There can be no room for failure in the Secret Service’s protective mission," Green said in his letter to Mayorkas.

Let's hope that Congress is able to get to the bottom of this soon!
