AOC Challenges Former Hunter Biden Associate to Share What Crime President Has Committed

Tony Bobulinski, a former associate of Hunter Biden, asserted during a heated moment at Wednesday's impeachment hearing that he believes he has observed Joe Biden engaging in criminal activities.

"Did you witness the President commit a crime?" inquired Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., of the GOP witness.

Bobulinski responded with a yes. He proceeded to outline his allegations, citing corruption statutes, RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act), and conspiracy, along with FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act), which mandates registration for Americans acting on behalf of foreign entities.

During the exchange, Ocasio-Cortez pressed Bobulinski to specify the crime, to which he mentioned RICO. She countered, stating that RICO itself is not a crime.

Bobulinski clarified that RICO constitutes a category of crime for which individuals can be charged.

Bobulinski, who claims to have met Joe Biden only twice, faced further scrutiny during the hearing from Democrats opposing his testimony.

In one instance, Rep. Jared Moskowitz, a Democrat from Florida, challenged Republicans to initiate impeachment proceedings immediately based on Bobulinski's allegations against Biden.

The hearing also witnessed a clash over influence peddling, with Democrats emphasizing the prevalence of such practices across party lines. Rep. Katie Porter, a Democrat from California, criticized both parties for failing to address corruption effectively.

The session began with tension as Bobulinski criticized Democratic committee members as "liars," prompting a Democrat to retort with a derogatory remark.

Despite Hunter Biden's absence from the hearing, Bobulinski's presence prompted quips about an empty seat designated for him.

Throughout the hearing, Bobulinski lambasted Joe Biden, describing him as a "serial liar and fabulist," while also disparaging Biden's brother and Hunter, as the ongoing attacks continue in the Hunter Biden investigation.
