Alvin Bragg Losing Power Struggle To Trump

Former President Donald Trump is likely FUMING over the latest from Manhattan prosecutor Alvin Bragg.

We don’t blame him!

It only took one week to pass for Alvin Bragg to try to weasel his way out of terms to which he ALREADY agreed.

After 31,000 new documents recently became available, the hush money trail of Donald Trump was delayed to allow the legal teams the time needed to review the thousands and thousands of documents.

Bragg's team appeared to initially support a delay.

However, it now appears his is taking it all back.

“The people now have good reason to believe that this production contains only limited materials relevant to the subject matter of this case and that have not previously been disclosed to defendant. The overwhelming majority of the production is entirely immaterial, duplicative or substantially duplicative of previously disclosed materials,” Bragg said.

Essentially, because Bragg knows that the longer Trump's trial is delayed, the closer Trump gets to the presidency, Bragg wanted the case to move forward before Trump's team had time to properly review the documents.

The double standard at play is absolutely unreal.

It also makes you wonder how exactly Bragg sifted through over thirty THOUSAND documents in such a short time period.

There is no way this guy and his legal team actually took the time needed to go through everything. Could it be because this case isn't really about the facts, and is more about the feeling of how much liberals hate Trump?

Bragg should have to adhere to the original terms he agreed to.

It is obvious that Bragg is trying to have his cake and eat it, too!

Trump is being treated like he is already a guilty criminal.

In America, that is NOT the way it works.

Everyone is entitled to their constitutional rights in this country, including Donald Trump.

Alvin Bragg needs to SERIOUSLY change the way he is acting in this case if he wants to retain ANY credibility at all moving forward.

However, if you ask most people, Bragg has probably already lost it all.
