Trump to revoke legal status of some Biden-era migrants
According to recent reports, President Donald Trump is expected to revoke the legal status of certain Biden-era immigrants.
CBS News was the first outlet to report the alleged move from Trump, referencing “internal government documents reviewed.”
Breitbart News has reported that those who may be affected by Trump’s move are immigrants accepted into the United States by President Joe Biden under a humanitarian parole program.
There are exceptions for those who will or will not be affected -- if immigrants applied for a green card or asylum, they would reportedly be allowed to remain in the United States.
President Joe Biden and his administration allegedly imported nearly 1,500,000 illegal migrants with the loophole of the humanitarian parole program and programs like it.
Now, Trump has already proven to the American people that he intends to keep his word and move forward with one of his biggest objectives -- securing our border and protecting the citizens of this country from criminal illegal aliens.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt has made an announcement regarding the deportation process, saying that Guantánamo Bay will be opening to “full capacity” to provide extra detention space for any criminal illegal aliens.
“On January 27, 2025, ICE Chicago arrested a citizen of Guatemala who has been convicted of solicitation to meet a child -- disturbing -- and sentenced to 24 months probation,” she said.
She went on to discuss some of the criminal illegal aliens arrested by ICE, including a South Korean citizen who had been “convicted of nine counts of possession or control of material depicting minors in sexually explicit conduct.”
Leavitt also noted the arrest of a Mexican national who was “previously charged by the state of New York for attempted murder and possession of a weapon and assault.”
ICE also arrested another Mexican citizen “convicted of possession of child pornography.”
Leavitt issued a stern warning to any illegal criminal aliens living in America.
“Our message is simple. If you are a criminal illegal alien, you will be arrested and deported,” Leavitt said.
