Weeks before its release, Melania Trump's memoir tops Amazon's 'Best Sellers' lists

Former first lady Melania Trump has achieved a serious triumph in the form of the debut of her first book to hit the market.

According to a recent report by Fox News, pre-sales of the book have skyrocketed, putting it at the top of multiple Amazon ‘Best Sellers’ lists.

This news comes over a month before the book is even set to hit the shelves for sale later this year.

Book Details

The first-ever memoir written by Melania Trump, titled "Melania," is scheduled to be made available to the general public on October 1st; but, just this past weekend, the pre-orders propelled it to the top of the lists.

As it stands now, the book, "Melania" is currently #1 in Amazon’s "Memoirs" category, #1 in Amazon’s "US Presidents" category, and #1 in Amazon’s "Political Leader Biographies" category.

"Writing my memoir has been an amazing journey filled with emotional highs and lows," the former first lady told Fox News Digital. "Each story shaped me into who I am today."

She said in her recent comments to Fox News Digital that "although daunting at times, the process has been incredibly rewarding, reminding me of my strength, and the beauty of sharing my truth."

What's in the Book

The former first lady's memoir, according to the press release, is "a powerful and inspiring story of a woman who has carved her own path, overcome adversity and defined personal excellence."

"The former First Lady invites readers into her world, offering an intimate portrait of a woman who has lived an extraordinary life," the press release says.

"Melania includes personal stories and family photos she has never before shared with the public."

There will be two separate editions of "Melania." After the Oct. 1 version is published, her publisher, Skyhorse Publishing, will also release a "Collector’s Edition" at an as yet undisclosed date.

Business Endeavors

Her book "Melania" is the former first lady’s first foray into publishing, but it is not her first time getting a business off the ground.

In addition, the former first lady launched a jewelry line earlier this year to commemorate "all mothers," stating to Fox News Digital that mothers are "the bedrock of the American family." Her "Fostering the Future" initiative is receiving a portion of the proceeds from the jewelry line.
