Pelosi Calls for Resignation of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu

Once again, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is proving that she is no friend to Israel.

No longer Speaker, Pelosi has to now create her own headlines, and she is doing that at Prime Minister Netanyahu’s expense.

Pelosi is calling Netanyahu an “obstacle” to peace.

She’s Just Wrong

Pelosi is following the new Democrat narrative that Israel is the bad guy in all of this for not seeking out a cease-fire.

This would be akin to the United States having reached to Bin Laden after 9-11 to broker a peace deal instead of hunting him down and killing him.

Netanyahu has been clear that after the horrific terror attack against Israel by Hamas, he will not stop until he has eliminated Hamas from the picture.

Pelosi believes he is wrong, stating, "We recognize Israel's right to protect itself. We reject the policy and the practice of Netanyahu — terrible. What could be worse than what he has done in response?

"He should resign. He's ultimately responsible."

She added, "I don't know whether he's afraid of peace, incapable of peace, or just doesn't want peace. But he has been an obstacle to the two-state solution."

Her demand comes on the heels of Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) calling for new elections in Israel to replace Netanyahu.

Funny how you don’t hear them calling for Hamas leadership to resign or a change in Palestinian leadership, which handed Gaza over to Hamas to rule.

I can tell you what I would be doing if I were Netanyahu… every Democrat that demanded my resignation or supported Palestine and Hamas would be banned from ever setting foot on Israel soil again.

So, no more photo-ops during Jewish holidays where Democrats pretend to like Israel.

There is only one side to this coin, and that is to support Israel… anything else is simply ludicrous.
