Okay… I have had about enough of Volodymyr Zelensky.
After we have given this clown hundreds of billions in aid, now he is demanding more.
To make matters worse, the aid he now wants is to pay for Ukraine’s elections, basically saying that he will remain in power and not hold elections unless someone else pays for them.
Is He Kidding?
According to Zelensky, the elections in Ukraine usually cost about $135 million to run, and he says Ukraine does not have the money.
So, if the United States wants to see those elections take place, Zelensky believes that we should be bankrolling the process.
Senator Graham (R-S.C.) and several Democrats took a little party plane to Ukraine recently, where this was apparently discussed.
Zelensky stated, “I told [Sen. Graham]: If the United States and Europe give us financial support… I’m sorry, I will not hold elections on credit, I will not take money from weapons and give it to elections either.
“But if you give me this financial support, if the parliamentarians realize that we need to do this, then let’s quickly change the legislation and, most importantly, let’s take risks together.
“Observers should be in the trenches. I told him: observers must be sent to the frontline so that the elections are legitimate for us and for the whole world. And this is absolutely fair.”
Because the country is currently under martial law, elections cannot be held anyway.
However, Zelensky is open to having them, but he just does not want to pay for them.
Generally speaking, war is an automatic win for the person sitting in the big chair, but I am not so sure that will be the case with Zelensky.
While it has been kept relatively quiet, he has used martial law to silence opposition during this war with Russia, reported Breitbart.
All I know is that I am sick and tired of seeing American tax dollars sent to Ukraine with virtually no accountability.
And now he wants us to foot the bill when we know some of the aid has already been misappropriated… no thanks.
