Wynonna Judd’s Daughter Arrested
There have been quite a few famous families in the news for all the wrong reasons as of late.
We can now add the Judd family to that list.
Wynonna Judd’s daughter, Grace Kelley, has had yet another run-in with the police.
Lock Her Up
Kelley, 28, was arrested and booked on Saturday at Carroll County Jail in Georgia.
The charges were fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license, and using motorcycle equipment improperly.
She was later released on $2,750 bail.
Sadly, this was not Kelley’s first run-in with legal issues, having been arrested in Alabama in April after exposing herself on a major highway.
Police found her exposing her breasts and lower body on Interstate 65 and Highway 14.
The report on that arrest stated, "When officers tried to arrest her, she would not identify herself and sat down on the roadside, refusing to comply with police.”
Kelley eventually confessed to charges of lewd conduct and obstructing government operations in order to have charges of prostitution dropped against her.
She wound up paying fines totaling $700, but she was not required to register as a sex offender, which was the bigger part of the plea deal for her, I would imagine.
Kelley's public defender, David Musgrove, stated, "The most serious charges against my client were dismissed.
"The judge was fair with her, and she comported herself well in the courtroom and was polite and respectful with the judge and with the police officers. I expect she will be released before too long."
Kelley also had legal problems in 2017 for manufacturing, delivery, sale, and possession of methamphetamine.
She was given eight years for that crime but only served two.
