Wisconsin Orders Dean Phillips' Inclusion On Primary Ballot
President Joe Biden is surely fuming at the latest news from the Wisconsin Supreme Court!
After not making the cut for the state’s Presidential Preference Selection Committee, Rep. Dean Phillips may still see his day on the Democratic primary ballot!
The state’s Supreme Court has ruled that they will “direct that the name of Dean Phillips be placed on the Democratic presidential preference ballot as a candidate for the office of President of the United States.”
The decision was unanimous.
The court went on to say that the Wisconsin Presidential Preference Selection Committee “failed to demonstrate that it exercised discretion” when making the decision to exclude Phillips from primary ballots.
Now, the Phillips campaign is back in action!
Jeff Weaver, a senior strategist with Phillips’ campaign, praised the court’s decision while also calling out the Biden administration.
“Today, the Wisconsin Supreme Court struck a blow against the anti-democratic attempts by Biden allies to unlawfully keep Congressman Dean Phillips off the ballot. Voters in Wisconsin will now have the opportunity to vote for the candidate of their choice,” Weaver said in his recent statement.
When will Biden learn that he does not get special treatment?
The Democrats are only hoping to stop other Democratic candidates from running to give Joe Biden a better shot at defeating the Republican presidential nominee.
News flash: It is up to the people of this country to decide who sits behind the desk in the Oval Office, NOT the Biden campaign!
When will they learn?
No matter if we agree with the Democratic agenda or not, it is always great to see someone in their party calling for accountability where it is warranted.
The Democratic Party needs accountability now more than ever!
The decision to let Phillips name appear on the Wisconsin primary ballots is also one more roadblock in Biden’s attempt to taking office for another four years.
