Ivanka has also announced that she will not be working on her father's campaign.
If Trump were to win office, she would not be working in his administration.
I thought it a bit telling that during the 2016 campaign, Donald Trump's entire family was around him all the time.
This time, however, only Melania, Barron, and Eric were in attendance.
Don Jr. wanted to be there but he ran into weather returning from a hunting trip.
The media also noticed and immediately reached out to Ivanka to see what was going on.
She responded, "I love my father very much. This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family.
"I do not plan to be involved in politics.
"While I will always love and support my father, going forward I will do so outside the political arena."
That is not necessarily bad news for the Trump faithful, but it does lend credence to some whispers about the family unit becoming a bit unglued.
When it comes to Trump, there is so much fake news, you have no idea what to believe, but this is definitely something we are going to have to keep an eye on as this campaign moves forward.
This will not be an easy campaign for Trump, not by a longshot.
It is not his agenda, either, just him.
People are mad that Trump entered the race before the midterm elections were settled.
They are upset his battleground candidates all laid eggs except for Vance.
There is actually a laundry list of complaints and what once seemed like a certainty to win the nomination is now becoming a longshot.
We are going to learn a lot about Trump both during and after this campaign is over.
We are going to find out if Trump truly is about the movement or if Trump is all about Trump.
