As most of you know by now, Donald Trump was issued additional charges on the classified documents front last week.
After the charges were announced, Trump had a question… why wasn't Joe Biden indicted on the classified documents he removed, especially since Biden did not have the power to declassify documents as Donald Trump did.
Trump posted on Truth Social, "Whatever happened to the Crooked Joe Biden Document's case," reported the Washington Examiner.
What About Joe?
The one thing that I regularly say about what is happening to Donald Trump is why do we not have an even scale of justice?
Donald Trump took classified documents and brought them to his home, but so has just about everyone else in modern history that was in the White House.
We have to go no further than Joe Biden, who was only the VP and did not have the ability to declassify documents.
To make matters worse, Biden had documents related to international policy at his Penn office that was specializing in these very issues, so, if you ask me, what Biden was doing was far worse, but what the hell do I know?
To that point, however, Trump posted, "Whatever happened to the Crooked Joe Biden Document's case? He had 20 times more Boxes than I did, and he wasn't covered by the Presidential Records Act. I was!"
The problem on that front is that most legal experts that have consulted on that claim believe that Trump does not have any ground to stand on.
Trump added, "When it first came out that Biden had all of these Docs, many Classified, almost everyone, including those on the Left, said, 'there goes the case against Trump.' But they waited and waited, got failed prosecutor Deranged Jack Smith, and STRUCK — but did almost nothing on the REALLY BAD Biden Documents case, many stored in Chinatown!"
There is supposed to be an investigation going on regarding the Biden documents by special counsel Robert Hur, but let's be realistic about how that is going to pan out.
When Biden has a few months left in his current term, that investigation will wrap up, more or less saying that Biden did nothing that deserves to have charges filed. There is no way this DOJ is going to charge Biden and there is no way Garland will allow that investigation to carry over into another administration.
The system, my friends, is rigged.
