It would appear that censorship is alive and well within this administration, much as we all suspected.
With Elon Musk now in firm control of Twitter, and ready to spill the beans, the White House says it is keeping a close eye on him.
That was confirmed on Monday by White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre.

A report broke this week that Musk is about to open the books on the communication between the government and the powers that be at Twitter regarding censoring the Hunter Biden story, among other censorship issues.
Musk believes the American people need to know the truth.
The White House does not seem so sure of that.
When asked about Musk and Twitter, Karine Jean-Pierre replied, “This is something we’re certainly keeping an eye on.
“Look, we have always been very clear that when it comes to social media platforms, it is their responsibility to make sure when it comes to misinformation, or at least, when it comes to the hate we are seeing, that they take action, that they continue to take action.
“Again, we are keeping a close eye on this. We are monitoring what’s currently occurring and we see with our own eyes what you are reporting and just for ourselves what’s happening on Twitter.
“But again, social media companies have a responsibility to prevent their platforms from being used by any user citing violence, especially violence directed at individual communities as we have been seeing and the president has been very clear on calling that out. He’ll continue to do that and we will continue to monitor the situation.”
It is very dangerous to have the subject of these reports be the one to have the power to shut it all down, but that seems to be what we have going on here.
I have also seen reports that Apple is now threatening to remove Twitter from its app store out of concern about a lack of post-monitoring.
This is Big Brother stuff the likes of which we have never seen before.
Scary to think how shameless and blatant Democrats are about wanting to shut down free speech, and it is even more bothersome that the media seems to be on board with it.
