White House Fails Fact-check on KJP Claim

Recently, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) invited Joe Biden to hit the southern border with him.

Biden laughed when a reporter asked him about it.

When White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked about it, at first she ignored the question.

Later, when pressed, she very quickly brushed off the question by saying that Joe Biden had been at the border.

We can say without a doubt, she is lying through her teeth.

So, we know without question that Joe Biden has never been to the southern border since moving into the White House. That is not even up for debate.

As far as having visited the southern border at any other time in his career.

The only documented trip that Biden has anywhere near the border was in 2008, when he drove by the border for a campaign stop in El Paso, TX.

The Washington Post, during its fact check of the claim, reported, “On Oct. 17, he held a rally in Mesilla, N.M. The press officer on the trip, David E. Wade, told The Fact Checker that the plane landed at the El Paso airport and then the motorcade took the nearly one-hour drive to the suburb of Las Cruces. The drive took Biden along a route that for a few minutes hugs the border of the United States and Mexico. ‘For most of us, it was unfamiliar territory,’ Wade said, who recalled that some reporters joked about crossing the border during the event.”

That’s it… in roughly five decades in office, Joe Biden did a drive-by… once.

I am firmly convinced that this administration believes that if it says something enough and pretends it is for real, everyone else will fall in line.

This is especially true with KJP, who may be the only person in the administration that lies more than Joe Biden.
