White House Blames Israel War for Biden’s Lapsing Memory
Joe Biden has been portraying the conclusion by the Special Counsel to not file charges as him being exonerated, but that is not the case.
One of the key reasons the Special Counsel is not going to file charges is because of Joe Biden’s mental state.
The White House pushed back considerably on this point, but now it is out there for all to see.
Joe’s Is Not Right
The Special Counsel obliterated Biden’s memory, stating, "In his interview with our office, Mr. Biden's memory was worse.
"He did not remember when he was vice president, forgetting on the first day of the interview when his term ended ('if it was 2013 — when did I stop being Vice President?'), and forgetting on the second day of the interview when his term began ('in 2009, am I still Vice President?')."
It continued, "He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.
"And his memory appeared hazy when describing the Afghanistan debate that was once so important to him. Among other things, he mistakenly said he ‘had a real difference’ of opinion with General Karl Eikenberry, when, in fact, Eikenberry was an ally whom Mr. Biden cited approvingly in his Thanksgiving memo to President Obama."
The Special Counsel concluded that Biden would come off as an "elderly man with a poor memory."

So, the question is this…
If Joe Biden is mentally unfit to stand trial, how can he be mentally fit to hold office?
Now, having said all that, should the GOP move to have Biden removed and put pressure on the Cabinet to activate the 25th Amendment?
My answer to that question is no for one good reason… Joe Biden is the best chance that Donald Trump has to win a presidential election.
I would also like to note that this is now the second time that authorities have dismissed charges against a high-profile Democrat by reaching their own conclusion about how the jury would perceive the case.
Former FBI Director James Comey came to the same conclusion about Hillary Clinton.
The last time I checked, that is why we have grand juries to indict and have jury cases to reach a verdict.
