White House Backs Military Vaccine Mandates to Continue

I am not sure what it will take for this administration to wake up.

Morale is low, we are not hitting recruiting goals, and Americans are upset over the treatment of our veterans due to the COVID vaccine mandate.

Yet, this administration continues to support the mandates staying in place.

Let's Play Ball

The other day, I stated that in order for Biden to get his budget through, we need to get something out of it.

I am okay if that something is restoring order to our military and ending this ridiculous mandate.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) says that is his plan once the GOP takes over the House…

White House National Security Council coordinator for strategic communications John Kirby pushed back on that, however.

He stated, "Secretary Austin's been very clear that he opposes the repeal of that vaccine mandate, and the president actually concurs with the secretary that we need to continue to believe that all Americans, including those in the armed forces, should be vaccinated and boosted for COVID 19."

Kirby concluded, "So, this remains very, very much a health and readiness issue for the force. And again, the president supports Secretary Austin and the opposition to a repeal of the mandate."

If this were not a Gen1 vaccine, it would be a different story, but it is, and there are problem with the vaccine that we are just starting to learn about.

Now, more people are dying that are vaccinated than unvaccinated, so how about we drop this ridiculous mandate and allow our soldiers to concentrate on serving this country… something they have not really been able to focus on since Joe Biden took office.

This mandate has literally become a national security issue, and it is about time some common sense got interjected into this conversation.
