Washington Post Wants Kamala Harris to Step Down from Presidential Ticket

One of the biggest challenges Democrats are having is what to do about a replacement for Joe.

Kamala Harris is currently on the ticket as the VP, but with Joe Biden’s health situation, she is on the ballot as president just as much as Biden is.

With her approval ratings lower than Biden’s, calls for her to step down for the good of the party are getting louder and louder.

Go Away, Kamala

The outright hatred for Harris started during the presidential debates.

After Harris all but called Joe Biden a racist, then acted smug in the interviews afterward, people started to turn on her.

With many voters not seeing any possible way that Joe Biden would be able to finish a second term, Harris has become a central figure in the election.

In recent polling, Harris had only a 37% approval rating, so the left-leaning media wants her to step down for other options.

Kathleen Parker recently penned an editorial in the Washington Post, which might as well be referred to as state-run media these days.

In her column, Parker suggested that Harris step down to help Biden’s chances of re-election.

She wrote, “This is why I propose with all due respect that Harris step away from the ticket.

“Please, Madame Vice President, do it for your country.”

Parker later added, “The Kamala conundrum comes down to this: She was picked because she was Black and female, a combo tantamount to job security.

“Now that she has become a burden to the Democratic ticket, Biden can’t fire her. He can’t risk alienating his base. Full stop. The seriousness of this situation can’t be overstated.

“Biden’s diminishing faculties, notwithstanding his relatively successful State of the Union address, and his increasing physical frailty are concerning.”

Parker is not wrong, as Kamala has proven not only to be unlikeable but she also stumbles every time she gets on stage.

If she was not such a narcissist, she would willingly step down, but she knows her political career is likely over when Joe’s time in office ends, so she will ride this out in the hopes that Biden steps down during his term and she gets to sit on the Oval Office.
