Since Joe Biden and Donald Trump first stepped on the debate stage during the 2020 election season, Joe Biden said his son Hunter Biden never made money off China.
Biden has continued to double down on that statement even after taking office.
The media has left him alone on this claim, but that has now changed after Hunter Biden had his day in court.
It Was All True
When Trump accused Hunter of taking money from the Chinese, Joe Biden was furious at the allegation, then said it simply was not true.
Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler is finally doing his job and calling out Joe Biden as a liar, reported Fox News.
In fact, it was Hunter Biden that exposed Joe as a liar, admitting to the judge in his trial that he made a stack of cash from the Chinese.
Kessler wrote, "But now, nearly three years later, Biden's assertions have been directly rebutted by Hunter himself," Kessler wrote. "In court testimony last week, the younger Biden acknowledged that he in fact had been paid substantial sums in China — the first official confirmation that this was the case."
Kessler even seemed to implicate Joe in Hunter's business dealings, writing, "By Hunter's own admission, he used the trip to connect with a Chinese business partner, even introducing the partner to his father."
This is where things get really interesting.
Hunter Biden flew to Beijing with Joe Biden on Air Force Two. Family coming along for a trip is not unusual, but they are NOT permitted to conduct business activities when flying in this capacity.
Kessler wrote, "Twelve days after he flew to Beijing, Hunter Biden joined the board of a just-formed investment advisory firm known as BHR (Bohai, Harvest, and Rosemont), whose partners included Chinese entities, including the man he introduced to his father."
Kessler eventually awarded Joe Biden "Four Pinocchios" for saying that Hunter never made money from the Chinese.
This is officially a "thing" now, and Devon Archer's testimony made it pretty clear that Biden discussed Hunter's business activities.
The report in WaPo is huge because the media finally seem to be realizing they were just duped by Biden for the better part of the last six years.
