A Virginia Democratic candidate in the House of Delegates is accused of performing explicit acts with her husband online, encouraging viewers to send them tip money.
Susanna Gibson, a nurse practitioner, is running in the state's 57th District in suburban Richmond, but her online work on a platform called Chaturbate is what has attracted the most attention.

"Gibson, a 40-year-old mother of two, is said to have posted more than a dozen videos that were archived on a site called Recurbate in September 2022, which is after she officially entered the race, and the most recent videos were archived on Sept. 30, 2022, The Washington Post reported Monday," Fox News reported.
"The videos were no longer available to be viewed on Recurbate as of this weekend after the Post says it was tipped off by a GOP operative. However, the outlet says it viewed two of the videos that remained live on another non-password-protected site," it added.

"Though she posted the videos online for her nearly 6,000 followers on Chaturbate, she now claims it to be a 'sex crime' to shed light on the existence of her account," the Daily Wire reported.
“My political opponents and their Republican allies have proven they’re willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because there’s no line they won’t cross to silence women when they speak up,” Gibson told the Washington Post.
Gibson is endorsed by Moms Demand Action, a group supporting Democratic candidates in Virginia and other states.
The new report is likely to become the one thing Gibson is remembered for, however, as even many Democratic voters will be concerned over the allegations.
Gibson has so far remained committed to staying in the race despite the allegations and recent reports.
Democrats in the state now also have to face the issue and deal with questions of supporting Gibson following the new information.
