Op-Ed: Vice President Harris Should 'Step Aside' For America's Health
A Washington Post columnist just dropped a BOMB about Vice President Kamala Harris.
According to Kathleen Parker, Harris needs to hit the road.
Parker took several shots at Harris, saying the vice president “has been disappointing” and should “step aside” in her latest column.
“The Kamala conundrum comes down to this: She was picked because she was Black and female, a combo tantamount to job security. Now that she has become a burden to the Democratic ticket, Biden can’t fire her. He can’t risk alienating his base. Full stop. The seriousness of this situation can’t be overstated. Biden’s diminishing faculties, notwithstanding his relatively successful State of the Union address, and his increasing physical frailty are concerning,” Parker said in her piece.
Parker went to discuss the concept of President Joe Biden stepping down should he win the upcoming presidential election.
According to Parker, it would be a disaster.
“There’s no reason to think her ranking would spike were she suddenly promoted to the Oval Office. Instead, most signs point to disaster. This is why I propose with all due respect that Harris step away from the ticket,” Parker continued.
Parker also called Harris a “burden to the Democratic ticket” and pleaded to Kamala Harris herself to quit.
“Please, Madame Vice President, do it for your country,” Parker asked.
Unfortunately for Parker, Harris seems to be living in delusion.
Harris has recently indicated that she is planning to maintain her role.
“I am ready to serve. There’s no question about that,” Harris recently told the Post.
While Parker is right that Harris is extremely unpopular and the idea of replacing her with a new vice president is not a new one, the issue is not just Harris.
The issue is the entire Biden administration.
We do not just need a new vice president; we need a completely new administration!
