Shots Fired At US Secret Service Office

Authorities have released some good news:

The suspect who allegedly fired at a U.S. Secret Service building in Tennessee has been arrested.

The shooter still hasn't been publicly identified but is said to have fired a weapon into the wall outside the Secret Service's Memphis field office in the middle of the day.

Mark Switzer, special agent in charge of the Memphis office, was the first to report details of the event:

"No one was injured, and the individual was taken into custody by the Secret Service without incident," Switzer claimed.

Despite the gunshots being fired at a building in which Secret Service agents were working, investigators "don't believe the incident was directed toward anyone under protection of Secret Service agents," Switzer said. He did add that the investigation is ongoing.

While the shooter has been arrested, a motive or the possible identity of the suspect has not yet been made public.

The world certainly seems to be going crazy these days, whether we're talking about here in America or abroad.

With everything going on between Israel and Hamas, it's hard to complain about what's happening here in America, but the fact of the matter is that things have been getting pretty nutty inside this country recently as well.

Gas prices are headed back up, most Americans believe our economy is getting worse, our probable next president is currently fighting to stay out of jail in multiple courtrooms, our current president is too old to do his job correctly, China seems to be finding new ways to influence our country every day, judges are getting shot to death in heavily gun-controlled areas because of decisions they make from the bench.

America is hurting right now.

We need two things to get us out of this mess.

Jesus, and a REAL leader in the Oval Office.
