Biden-nominated US Attorney Under Investigation

A Biden-nominated official has found herself in some trouble.

Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Rachael Rollins is now under investigation by the DOJ Inspector General.

She has been accused of possible Hatch Act violations and using government assets for personal use.

Joe's Girl

Rollins was a highly-contested nominee by Biden.

It took a tie-breaking vote from Harris to have her appointment passed through.

Rollins has been very vocal about giving certain criminals a pass.

In July, Rollins went to a fundraiser with Jill Biden.

Attorney Harvey Silverglate, at the time, stated that with "all the political divisions in the country, it would have been better advised to have not shown up. ... It demonstrated questionable judgment."

Rollins arrived at the fundraiser in a government vehicle, which is against the rules.

Massachusetts Republican Party Chairman Jim Lyons demanded an investigation, stating, "This individual is Massachusetts' lead federal prosecutor and is apparently attending high-dollar Democratic Party fundraisers during business hours on the taxpayer's dime. ... The Democrats do this because they believe the rule of law does not apply to them."

Rollins says she did nothing wrong…

Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR) also called for an investigation, stating that she had attended the event "in her official capacity as United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts.

"She reportedly even used a vehicle with government license plates to travel to and from the event."

Just more blatant corruption in an administration that seems to come under fire just about every day.
