Tucker Carlson Warns Trump ‘Assassination’ Could Be Next

Tucker Carlson made his name in the media by making some outrageous statements and stirring the pot.

A few weeks ago, he made a shocking statement about Democrat attacks against Trump possibly leading to an assassination against Trump.

At the time, I dismissed it as Tucker being Tucker, but he just doubled down on the statement, pushing the same narrative during a recent discussion with Dan Bongino.

Conspiracy Theory or Fact

I have been thinking about this all day, trying to figure out why Tucker Carlson, who now says he supports Trump, would even dare to put something like this out there.

After all, we know there are plenty of whackos out there who take their cues from social media and public statements, so why even plant that as a possible idea?

Carlson, for whatever reason, has now latched onto this idea and he is not letting it go, giving Bongino an almost verbatim repeat of what he said before regarding the progression of attacks against Trump by Democrats.

He stated, “If you felt, and you really believe it, and a lot of them do, that the worst thing that could happen to the country, and more specifically, to you in the professional class is to have Donald Trump as president — and everything you have tried has failed, and they have been accelerating steps – protests, impeachment, indictment – like, how many more arrows do you have in your quiver? And what’s the next one? And, of course, it’s assassination.”

Here is the segment with Bongino where he discusses this…

If you listened to the full segment, you heard Carlson use examples such as Haiti as proof that assassinations take place all the time, but the United States is not Haiti.

The security around former presidents is almost impenetrable, so I just don’t see how this would even be remotely possible unless it was an inside job.

I just don’t know… to me, this is Carlson being Carlson and making an outrageous statement in the same fashion that people like Dick Morris and Alez Jones do in the hopes of getting it right, just once, so they can brag about it.

As much animosity and divide as there is across the aisle these days, let’s just hope that Tucker is about as wrong as it gets and nobody is that crazy to make an attempt on Trump’s life.
