Trump's Team Not Even Considering Possibility Of Jail Time

An attorney for Former President Donald Trump, Alina Habba, just dropped a bomb of a statement regarding the idea of her client serving any time behind bars.

According to Habba, Trump ending up in prison for any amount of time is “not even something we think about.”

Newsmax reporter Carl Higbie asked Habba if Trump could be sent to prison for ignoring a gag order.

Her response?

“He’s protected by Secret Service, period. So, I always tell people when they’re panicked, 'Listen, he’s protected by Secret Service, number one. Number two, he did nothing wrong.' So, when people go to jail, it’s because they’ve done something wrong. Do we have crooked situations in and out of court? Absolutely. Could they try? Probably, but it won’t work because there is still trial process, there is still facts, and unfortunately they’re not going to win on the facts,” Habba said.

The confidence expressed by Habba should send President Joe Biden a big message.

Trump is not going down without a fight. A big fight.

It's not just Trump and his team that feel this way.

Much of America also seems to be feeling this way.

Trump had been saying for YEARS that there was a liberal witch hunt out to get him. The problem was, we'd never really had any proof that they were doing anything particularly illegal against him.

These indictments though?

Well, how bogus they are 100% proves the fact that they're not after Trump in the name of honor and justice, they're after him for revenge.

Americans can see that the charges against Trump are complete baloney.

If anything was remotely fair about this situation, Hunter Biden and Joe Biden would have been facing these juries literally years ago.

They're not.

It's because they're liberal, and liberals protect liberals.

America is catching on, and they're counting on Trump to fix the situation.

That's not going to happen if he's in jail.
