Trump Slams Jimmy Kimmel at Oscars in Real-time

Donald Trump got some airtime on Sunday night during the Oscars.

Trump’s thorn in the side, Jimmy Kimmel, was hosting the event, and he decided to read a post from Truth Social made by Trump on Kimmel’s hosting abilities.

Kimmel later stated that he was told not to read the post, but he went ahead and did it anyway.

No Politics

I am going to guess that the show’s producers were tired of the Oscars becoming a political platform for actors turned activists against Trump.

But, as we stated above, Kimmel disregarded the request and read Trump’s post anyway.

Kimmel had some time to fill, so he chose to fill it by reading the post, which stated, “Has there EVER been a WORSE HOST than Jimmy Kimmel at The Oscars. His opening was that of a less than average person trying too hard to be something which he is not, and never can be.

“Get rid of Kimmel and perhaps replace him with another washed up, but cheap, ABC ‘talent,’ George Slopanopoulos.

“He would make everybody on stage look bigger, stronger, and more glamorous. Also a really bad politically correct show tonight, and for years – Disjointed, boring, and very unfair. Why don’t they just give the Oscars to those that deserve them. Maybe that way their audience and TV ratings will come back from the depths. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”

The crowd gave the expected laughter, but Trump managed to get himself some free airtime, as I am sure he thought he would when he sent out that post.

As far as Trump is concerned, there is no bad press, and the fact he has almost every major media outlet now talking about him instead of Joe Biden’s SOTU address is a clear win.
