Donald Trump lashed out at Judge Tanya Chutkan this week on social media.
I have stated before that Chutkan, who is an Obama appointee, will not be an easy one for Trump to get by.
On Truth Social, Trump called her out for a quote she made, saying that she has already made up her mind about him.
Rigged
Chutkan, as I have stated in a previous report, has been dropping the hammer on J6 defendants.
In the case where Trump quoted her, Christine Priola was given 15 months for her role in the J6 rioting.
Trump posted on Truth Social, “The following TRUTH is a quote by highly partisan Judge Tanya Chutkan, angrily sentencing a J-6er in October of 2022. She obviously wants me behind bars. VERY BIASED & UNFAIR,” reported Breitbart.
He then quoted the judge as saying, “I see the videotapes. I see the footage of the flags and the signs that people were carrying and the hats that they were wearing, and the garb.
“And the people who mobbed that Capitol were there in fealty, in loyalty to one man, not to the Constitution, of which most of the people who come before me seem woefully ignorant; not to the ideals of this county and not to the principles of democracy. It’s blind loyalty to one person who, by the way, remains free to this day.”
To make matters worse, when Chutkan referred to George Floyd rioters, she called them “mostly peaceful protesters,” echoing the media and Democrat narrative on riots that literally set our streets on fire for months on end.
Trump is dead right in that she views him as a cult leader and he will not get a single break in her courtroom.
We should also note that Trump is already poking the bear here. Chutkan has already warned Trump to “take special care in your public statements about this case."
Calling her out like this will surely not sit well with the judge, so Trump is walking a fine line with this woman already, and I would even go so far as to say he completely crossed it in her eyes.
Trump’s biggest obstacle in these cases is not the evidence, but the judge and jury pool.
If they can find a way to take him down, they are going to do it.
