Trump revokes security clearances of Alvin Bragg, Antony Blinken, others
Not long ago, Donald Trump announced he was "immediately revoking" former President Joe Biden's security clearance and would prevent Biden from receiving intelligence briefings.
Now, Trump has taken things a step further.
President Trump is also revoking the security clearances of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
It's no surprise that Trump is taking action against these individuals in particular, as they were some of the people who were part of the "witch hunt" that tried to put him in jail and keep him out of the White House.
Liberals are calling it "payback," but whatever the reason, Trump is taking serious action against people he doesn't feel Americans can trust.
"This is to take away every right they have [revoking security clearances] including they can’t go into [federal] buildings," Trump explained.

Some people are concerned that stripping James and Bragg of their security clearances "could hamper them in carrying out their official duties by prohibiting them" from being able to access courthouses.
Per the New York Post:
But it could hamper them in carrying out their official duties by prohibiting them from entering courthouses, prisons, and law enforcement facilities in Foley Square in lower Manhattan, including the Thurgood Marshall and Daniel Patrick Moynihan courthouses, the Metropolitan Correctional Center, and the Jacob Javits Federal Building which houses the FBI’s New York field office.
They also will not be able to set foot in the US Attorney’s offices for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
The move is being compared to Joe Biden decision to revoke Trump's access to classified information back in 2021 because of what Biden called "erratic behavior."
"I'd rather not speculate out loud," Biden said in 2021.
Biden added, "I just think that there is no need for him to have the intelligence briefings. What value is giving him an intelligence briefing? What impact does he have at all, other than the fact he might slip and say something?"
