Trump restores single-sex jails, sending female-identifying male inmates back to men's prisons
Donald Trump is making headlines by doing something that would have been considered very common sense just a few short years ago, but the liberals in this country have gone so extreme that they're actually making this move look like something big.
President Trump has officially restored single-sex prisons and is sending male inmates who identify as women back to men's facilities.
Our country has gone so "woke" in the last few years that there are approximately 1,500 male prisoners residing in female prisons right now because they "identify" as women.
Regardless of what gender they identify as, they are biologically a male, which creates unique differences between them and the women they are being housed with.
Many people argue that this is not safe for transgender men or the women they're living amongst in prison.
That's why Trump has signed an executive order, titled "Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government."
The executive order also ends transgender-related medical procedures for prison inmates, a huge blow to Kamala Harris and many of her supporters.
The Women's Liberation Front, or WoLF, is a feminist organization that advocates for single-sex women and raises awareness about incarcerated females being the victims of male violence. WoLF referred to President Trump's decision as a "major victory."
Trump's order declared that "efforts to eradicate the biological reality of sex fundamentally attack women by depriving them of their dignity, safety, and well-being," echoing the sentiments of WoLF.
Shannon Minter, legal director of the National Center for Lesbian Rights, did not agree.
She said the policy will result in "rapes and physical assaults" of transgender individuals. "It’s also terrible for prison officials, who right now have the authority to use discretion about what makes the most sense for the safety and security of the facility."
According to Breitbart, "nearly 50 percent of male inmates identifying as female have been convicted of a sexual offense — compared to just 11 percent of biological males who do not identify as female."
Their data reportedly comes straight from the Bureau of Prisons.
Do you think that men who identify as women should be allowed to reside in prison with biological females?
Or did Donald Trump make the right decision on this issue?
