Trump Removes Biden’s Limitations of Immigration Arrests Near Sensitive Locations

As we all know, Joe Biden had the most illegal immigrant-friendly administration in the history of this country.

Now that Donald Trump is back in office, he is hoping to roll back many of the Biden policies, including where illegals can be arrested.

Less than 48 hours in office, and Donald Trump already has liberal safe space overflowing.

Take Them In

When Biden was in office, he limited arrests of migrants to block certain areas, including schools, hospitals, and churches.

The thought process of Dems was that illegals would not go to these institutions if they were worried about getting arrested for having illegally entered the country.

Just after taking office, Donald Trump rolled all that back, opening up guidelines for officers in these specific areas again.

Some Democrat cities that are considered sanctuary cities are now scrambling to create their own laws that will block these arrests, but the Trump administration has already been adamant that it will fight these laws in court to settle once and for all the legality of sanctuary city laws.

I have been asking for this for years, as the Supreme Court has clearly stated immigration is a federal issue, so I just don’t see how cities can declare themselves sanctuary cities and ignore federal immigration laws.

I cannot wait to see this go before the Court.

Donald Trump vowed to clamp down on illegal immigration and start mass deportations immediately, but this will not be easy.

Going after criminal illegals should be fairly easy, but when Trump starts trying to deport other migrants who came over the border illegally, he will be challenged by activist groups.

Furthermore, sanctuary cities have already made it clear they will not be helping, which led to Trump’s office announcing they are going to consider prosecuting the mayors of these cities if they try to prevent these deportations.
