Trump Rally Shooting Victims Place Blame

In addition to Trump being clipped in the ear and Corey Comperatore losing his life, there were two more victims at the Butler, PA, rally shooting.

They were Jim Copenhaver, 74, and David Dutch, 54, both of whom also took a bullet from the would-be assassin.

We have not heard much from either of these men, but that changed this week.

Speaking Out

Both of these men are forever changed as a result of their wounds.

Copenhaver took two bullets, and Dutch took one right in the chest, it being nothing short of a miracle that he is alive today.

The two men recently described the shooting and what happened to them amid the chaos.

After the men went into details about their injuries they also placed blame for what took place that day.

Dutch stated, “The negligence was vast. It was terrible.

“I believe there was 100 percent negligence on the Secret Service, probably everybody involved in setting that security, down to inter-department communications.”

He added, “The whole security setup was poor,' Dutch said, adding the lapse in security outraged him as Crooks 'tried to shoot the president, shot into a defenseless crowd.

“I was just angry that the whole situation even happened. It should have never happened.”

I have always wondered why no lawsuits have been filed, but as it turns out, they are just in a holding pattern.

Both men have secured the services of attorneys and now awaiting the outcome of investigations before filing suit.

Both men have lost significant weight since the shooting and need regular care, and could for the remainder of their lives, especially Dutch.

To this day, nobody in leadership has been held accountable; the only discipline announced was several agents being put on leave.

Both of these men are going to be very rich when the dust settles, but I am really curious to see if they start putting Democrats on the stand for the rhetoric that was said that led up to the shooting.
