Trump promises investigation into cocaine found in WH during Biden's tenure

President Donald Trump says that when it comes to the cocaine discovered in the White House during President Joe Biden’s days in office, it "could be" a suspect no one has previously considered.

Trump believes the cocaine’s owner “could be Joe.”

When Ben Domenech of The Spectator asked the president point-blank, “Who actually left the cocaine in the White House?” Trump’s response was simple.

“Well, either Joe or Hunter," he sad.

This narrative is the opposite of that sold to Americans by the White House when the drugs were first uncovered.

The White House press secretary at the time, Karine Jean-Pierre, said: “As you know, the President and the First Lady and their family were not here this weekend, as you all reported on this and as you also know that they left on Friday and returned just yesterday.”

Jean-Pierre also went on to shut down reporters’ prying questions, saying that “where this was discovered is a heavily-traveled area where many White House- West Wing, I should be even more specific, West Wing visitors come through this particular area, I just don't have anything more to share."

The cocaine was discovered in a storage locker near the entrance to the White House’s West Wing back in the summer of 2023.

One investigation was already conducted by Biden's Secret Service but yielded minimal results.

“Without physical evidence, the investigation will not be able to single out a person of interest from the hundreds of individuals who passed through the vestibule where the cocaine was discovered,” the Secret Service said in their summary of the investigation.

“That was such a terrible thing because, you know, those bins are very loaded up with … they’re not clean, and they have hundreds and even thousands of fingerprints,” Trump said of the lockers where the cocaine was discovered.

“And when they went to look at it, it was absolutely stone cold, wiped dry. You know that, right?” Trump went on.

“But if you went to one at any time, you would see hundreds. Everybody in there would leave a fingerprint when they went in and that thing was wiped out with, with the strongest form of alcohol.”

Trump also said he plans to “look into” what happened.

“By the way, and I have to tell you, I think I’m going to look into that because it was … bad stuff happened there.”

Trump looking into the cocaine would be one of the last efforts to uncover the truth as just last month, House Oversight Committee chairman James Comer revealed that he had thrown in the towel with his congressional probe because of Secret Service interference.

“I had to abandon the probe I led into the cocaine found at the Biden White House because the Secret Service destroyed the little plastic bag that contained the cocaine a few days after it was discovered,” Comer wrote in his book, All the President’s Money: Investigating the Secret Foreign Schemes that Made the Biden Family Rich.
