Trump ‘Joke’ About Leaving Melania Goes Viral

Donald Trump was recently in Georgia for a rally.

During that rally, he called a conservative activist up on stage to share her story.

Trump cracked a joke about leaving Melania for her, and of course, it has taken on a life of its own.

Never Going Home

Trump was in Georgia for his legal issues, but decided to make an unannounced campaign stop while he was there.

Trump had been doing this throughout his trial in New York as well.

During one of those stops, Trump walked into a restaurant and Michaelah Montgomery happened to be there.

She gushed over Trump at the restaurant, so Trump invited her to the rally, and she was eventually brought up on stage.

Trump gave Montgomery a hug, then proceeded to make a joke, saying that he was “never going back home to the First Lady.”

Trump told the story of their first meeting, stating, "This one is so smart, so sharp.

"She grabbed me. She gave me a kiss. I said, 'I think I'm never going back home to the First Lady,'"

It was a joke, but liberal publications are now running with it to portray this as something it clearly was not.

This is all part of the effort to take Trump out and portray him as a racist.

You see, Trump hugging a black woman does not fit that narrative, nor does the woman being a conservative fit the mold that Democrats have for minorities in this country.

That is the sad reality of today, in that you cannot even make a joke or have some fun without it being dissected a million times over by the liberal media to find a thread to pull on to try to create some type of scandal.

Sadly, with Kamala Harris now the Democrat candidate, this is only going to get worse heading into election day and regardless of who wins, I fear this country will tear itself apart when the eventual winner is declared, regardless of who that winner is.
