How many times have I stated that one of the biggest obstacles that Trump has in any of these cases will be the judge and jury?
Well, for his January 6 case, the judge has already proven to be against Trump.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan set Trump’s trial date for March 4, which is just one day before Super Tuesday, reported AP News.
Let the Games Begin
I told everyone who would listen that Chutkan was going to be a problem for Trump, as that was made evident in the other January 6 cases that she presided over.
According to Chutkan, it is not her problem that Trump has other obligations going on.
She stated, “The public has a right to prompt and efficient resolution of this matter.
“Setting a trial date does not depend and should not depend on the defendant’s personal and professional obligations.
“Mr. Trump, like any defendant, will have to make the trial date work regardless of his schedule,” reported Breitbart.
Special Counsel Jack Smith was seeking a January date, which would have started just prior to the Iowa caucuses, so not really sure which is worse.
This way, at least Trump can campaign through Super Tuesday before he has to be in court for this trial.
The reaction from Trump supporters in the GOP was about as expected…
Straight up election interference. No other way to put it. https://t.co/azlosqC1gH

This basically ensures that from Super Tuesday on, Trump will be in a courtroom if all trials go on as planned, which is very much a question mark at this point.
This trial is set for March 4, Alvin Bragg’s case starts on March 25, and Smith’s second case begins on May 20, with the Georgia case having a request to start on October 23.
I honestly wish the documents case was the first on the docket because that is the one that could possibly disqualify Trump from holding office. By the time that trial concludes, the general election will only be a couple of months away.
If Trump is found guilty in that case, it will turn the GOP on its ear as they will have to find a new candidate if Trump wins that election.
This election, for the use of a better word, is going to be a complete and utter sh**fest.
