Trump Goes on the Attack Against Gov. Tim Walz

Governor Tim Walz has a lot of questionable connections in his past.

For instance, Walz taught English in China, as well as honeymooning there, so expect to hear a lot about that during the next three months.

According to Donald Trump, he is also buddies with Asad Zaman, which was the focus of Trump’s most recent attacks against Walz.

He Praised Him

During a speech in New Jersey, while talking to local Jewish community leaders, Trump went for the throat.

He stated, “He’s praised a Hitler-supporting radical Muslim iman named Asad Zaman, calling him a ‘master teacher.’

“He knew him for a long time.

“He’s a ‘master teacher.’ If Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are elected, the radical-left flag burners and Hamas sympathizers will not just be causing chaos on our streets. They’ll be running U.S. foreign policy in the White House, and Israel will be gone.”

Trump was referring to comments that Walz had made during a 2018 event as reported by the Washington Examiner.

Walz reportedly stated, “I am a teacher, so when I see a master teacher, I know it. Over the time we’ve spent together, one of the things I’ve had the privilege of is seeing the things in life through the eye of a master teacher, to try and get the understanding.

“It was imam talking [saying that] ‘in those times is where we find who we are, in those times is where we really see.’”

The Anti-Defamation League has also been critical of Zaman, stating that he “has a troubling history of playing into classic anti-Jewish themes and justifying violence against Israel.”

Zaman has responded to the criticisms blaming the “MAGA camp” for the negative media attention.

This and China, as well as Walz military record, will more than likely be the focus of the attacks by JD Vance during the debate, so Walz will have to come up with a defense.

The problem is that I am not sure he actually has one.
