Former President Donald Trump's ex-attorney Michael Cohen will testify today before a grand jury.
The grand jury is investigating potential hush-money payments made on behalf of Trump to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
"Cohen's scheduled testimony comes as prosecutors are nearing a decision on whether to bring charges against the former president as part of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s investigation into the payments," reports Fox. "Bragg's office has questioned at least seven other people before the grand jury."

Additionally, Trump was asked to appear and testify before the New York grand jury next week.
Cohen has given 20 interviews with Bragg's office, according to his attorney Lanny Davis.
Davis said, "Mr. Cohen will continue to cooperate. We are impressed with Mr. Bragg’s team and its careful and meticulous approach."
Cohen pleaded guilty to federal charges in 2018, and was sentenced to three years in prison for arranging payments to Daniels and model Karen McDougal to keep them from going public.
"Cohen paid Daniels $130,000 through his own company and was later reimbursed by Trump's company, which logged the payments as 'legal expenses.' McDougal’s received $150,000 through the publisher of the supermarket tabloid the National Enquirer," reports Fox.
Trump said of the investigation that it is a, "Scam, Injustice, Mockery, and Complete and Total Weaponization of Law Enforcement in order to affect a Presidential Election!"
Former President Donald Trump continues to deny having any affairs.
