Trump Confirms Melania’s Mother ‘Very Ill’

It would appear that we are going to get some rather sad news from the Trump family very soon.

During his New Year’s Eve party, Donald Trump told the room that Melania was not attending the party to tend to her ill mother.

While there had been previous reports that Melania went to visit her mother, Donald Trump made it sound as if it was far worse than anyone could have imagined.

Very Ill

There has been a lot of speculation after Melania Trump was missing from the family Christmas photo that was blasted all over social media.

Then, during Trump’s New Year’s Eve party video, people also noticed that Melania was not sitting next to the former president.

Trump cleared that up when he addressed the crowd, telling them that Melania was still tending to her “very ill” mother. He added, “Hopefully she’ll be recovering.

“Hopefully, that’ll be OK, but it’s a tough one, a very tough one.”

Trump later added, “She [Melania] knows probably about 95 percent of the people in this room. We just want to wish Amalija that she gets better as quickly as possible.”

When the buzz started about Melania not being in the Christmas photo, a family source told Fox News Digital, “Melania has always been very devoted to her entire family

“It should be no surprise that she spent this Christmas with her ailing mother.”

Here is my question, though… if her mother is that sick, then why was Melania’s father in the Christmas photo as well as reportedly being at the New Year’s Eve party?

Moving forward, once Melania returns to Mar-a-Lago, she is expected to start making more campaign appearances with the former president, which was confirmed by the same family source that talked to Fox News Digital about her sick mother.

The source stated, “Melania realizes it’s her time to join the ranks of historic first ladies and leave her mark on history … She feels better prepared for her potential role the second time around.”

In the meantime, we wish her mother well and hope she makes a full recovery from whatever illness she is suffering from at this time.
