Trump Camp Getting Antsy About RNC Financials

As voters, we begged Republicans to remove Ronna McDaniel as the RNC Chair.

They literally laughed in our faces, and Donald Trump gave her a ringing endorsement after she won the election.

Now the very same people responsible for putting her in charge of the RNC are all ringing the panic bell over financing and planning for the 2024 election.

Where’s the Money?

For Donald Trump’s campaign, this is all about financing if he wins the primary and faces off against Joe Biden in the general election.

Trump has raised a mountain of money through his campaign and PACs, but most of that money is going to pay for his lawsuits, so there is very little left for campaign purposes.

If the RNC is running low on cash, and it reportedly has less than half of what the DNC has in its war chest, this becomes a major problem for Trump who is counting on those funds for his general election campaign.

The Washington Post reported that the RNC and DNC have $9.1 million and $17.7 million cash on hand, respectively,

Reports have been breaking for days now that Trump’s campaign team, along with numerous Republicans, are getting anxious about financial mismanagement at the RNC.

The RNC responded, “Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and the entire Republican National Committee is laser-focused on beating Biden next fall.

"The RNC has already staffed up in 15 states, filed over 70 election integrity lawsuits, launched Bank Your Vote, established a permanent Election Integrity department, and continues to hold Joe Biden’s feet to the fire. The RNC will continue to communicate with all campaigns and candidates as we look forward to putting our battle-tested infrastructure behind our Presidential nominee.”

The RNC clearly feels that nothing is wrong, but this will all come to a head after the primary race, and the RNC is expected to kick in to the eventual nominee's campaign.

All I know is if the GOP comes up short in 2024, McDaniel, McCarthy, and McConnell are three names I never want to see mentioned in leadership again.
