Trump Calls Jack Smith Case 'Election Interference Scam'

Special Counsel Jack Smith is likely GUILTY of election interference, and it is clearer now than ever before.

If you ask former President Donald Trump, he’ll tell you that the entire trial spearheaded by Smith related to the documents seized from his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, is nothing but a giant “election interference scam.”

Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to take a massive swing at Smith and let his thoughts be known loud and clear.

“It has always been very clear that the ‘Documents Case’ is nothing but an Election Interference Scam concocted by Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and their Hacks and Thugs,” Trump wrote in his recent post.

Trump did NOT stop there.

"They let Biden out of his boxes examination, documents, whatever you want to call it, they let him out with no problem, he can go. He had 10 times the boxes. He had a lot of classified information. They let him out, but they continue to go after Donald Trump. But I think it’s going to end very well,” the former president said.

Trump is furious over recent revelations about mishandling of the documents seized from his home, saying that Smith “committed blatant evidence tampering.”

“This deeply illegal action by this politicized prosecutor mandates that this whole witch hunt be dropped immediately,” Trump also said.

Trump’s former lawyer Timothy Parlatore gave a recent statement on the matter to Just the News.

“I think it really does kind of paint the picture that, regardless of the underlying merits of the documents, this is a case that was badly handled from the beginning and there has to be some accountability for DOJ when they do engage in this kind of behavior,” he said.

At this point, it is safe to say that Smith will stop at nothing to take down Trump.

This is not a “fair” prosecution -- Trump is right when he calls the case a “witch hunt.”

Smith has already gone to great, borderline unconstitutional, lengths to try to find dirt on Trump that will force him to give up his presidential candidacy.

Smith needs to be held accountable for mishandling the documents.

If this was any other case against any other defendant, he would be!

But, because it is a prosecution of former President Donald Trump, it remains to be seen whether Smith will have to answer for his conduct.
