Trump Calls for Removal of Several Judges as Gag Order Decision Looms

As most of you surely know, Donald Trump has been hit with yet another gag order.

And, once again, he may have violated that gag order with an attack against the man who issued it, Judge Merchan.

With a gag order decision looming in that case, Trump went on Truth Social to ream Merchan as well as other judges he believes need to be removed from the bench.

Recently, Judge Merchan ruled in favor of Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's motion to have a gag order in place against Trump.

This week, the court heard more arguments on the matter, and it was pretty apparent by Merchan’s treatment of Donald Trump’s attorneys that this did not go well for the Trump defense team.

So, after the day in court, Trump went nuclear on Truth Social against Merchan, as well as others.

Trump posted, “We have a Rigged Judge, who is working for the Democrat Party and refuses to terminate this ‘case,’ which should have never been brought by Soft on Crime Alvin Bragg.

“Judge Merchan should immediately removed, and the Appellate Courts have to take over.”

Then Trump directed his venom at judges in his other cases, posting, “That also applies to Corrupt Judge Engoron, who knew I did nothing wrong, and still fraudulently fined me $500 Million Dollars while having no knowledge of Valuation, Finance, or in any way what he was doing.

“Same with Judge Kaplan, who allowed a woman, who I have never met (celebrity photo line does not count!), and know nothing about, to get a lawless judgment of $90 Million Dollars.

“New York Justice is in shambles, and only the Appellate Courts can save it. A Republican doesn’t stand a chance – This is not Justice…”

The hearing earlier this week was regarding possible violations of the gag order by Trump, with Bragg claiming that Trump has violated the order at least 10 times.

When Trump’s attorneys argued that the former president has been very careful about not violating the gag order, Merchan told them they were losing credibility in his eyes for making such a statement.

Merchan has reserved his decision on the matter, but I am guessing that Trump is going to be on a very short leash, which he may have just broken with his latest round of venom on Truth Social.
