On Tuesday, Donald Trump shook the social media and political world up a bit.
Trump released a statement that he had been notified that he was the target of a grand jury investigation, reported NPR.
Trump conceded that it meant he was likely to be informed very soon that he would be indicted and arrested.
Tough Times
Trump unloaded on Truth Social, writing, "Deranged Jack Smith, prosecutor with Joe Biden's DOJ, sent a letter (again it was a Sunday night!) stating that I am the TARGET of the January 6th Grand Jury Investigation, and giving me a very short four days to report to the Grand Jury, which almost always means an arrest an indictment.
"So now, Joe Biden's Attorney General, Merrick Garland, who I turned down for the United States Supreme Court (in retrospect, based on his corrupt and unethical actions, a very wise decision!), together with Joe Biden's Department of Injustice, have effectively issued a third indictment and arrest of Joe Biden's NUMBER ONE POLITICAL OPPONENT, who is largely dominating him in the race for the Presidency.
"Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before, or even close," reported Fox News.
This is one of two cases of the many that have been brought against Trump that I believe could be a problem for him.
Democrats and this DOJ are going to do everything they can to prove that Trump encouraged the rioting at the Capitol as well as the classified documents fiasco.
Now. Trump put himself in these positions, but the scale of justice is hardly even here.
I have already covered the statements made by the likes of Pelosi, Waters, and Schumer that encouraged violence and they were never held accountable for what happened after they said their words.
And when it comes to classified documents, if you are going to go after Trump, how did you not go after Biden and Clinton?
Our justice system is two-sided right now… a free pass for the left, and throw the book at them on the right.
