A federal appeals court has reached their decision regarding a lower court ruling that ordered the Republican National Committee to comply with a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee:
It's being reversed.
The RNC will not have to comply with the subpeona.
The court went after the Democrat-led Jan. 6 committee for "vacillating on key issues and acknowledging there were "important and unsettled constitutional questions" about whether the panel is even lawful in the first place.
The appeals court said "it was dismissing the case because the Jan. 6 committee withdrew the subpoena to the RNC seeking records of its dealings with a digital fund-raising vendor Salesforce."
"The RNC's appeal has become moot," the court ruled as it dismissed the case.
"The Committee has taken various positions on whether and when it needs the subpoenaed RNC documents," the judges complained.
America has known since day one that this committee was a sham.
It's glad to see the courts finally reaching that conclusion as well.
