Texas Governor To Biden: 'See You In Court'

Governor Greg Abbott of Texas has a message for Joe Biden and his oppressive administration:

"See you in court."

The Department of Justice recently announced their intention to file a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott because of the state's use of a floating buoy border barrier that prevents illegal immigration.

Apparently, the Biden administration wants to allow illegal immigration?

There's a reason it's called ILLEGAL immigration.

The DOJ's ridiculous opinion was outlined in a letter that the agency sent to Abbott.

America's Department of "Justice" expressed concerns about the violation of federal law.

Excuse me? I thought that this was America. Why is it against federal laws to have a border up around our country?

There are PLENTY of opportunities for people to immigrate here legally, and I'm pretty sure that swimming across the water undetected is not on the approved list of ways to do it.

The DOJ also indicated that there were problems with humanitarian issues, potential risks to public safety and the environment, and the possible interference with federal government duties.

"The State of Texas’s actions violate federal law, raise humanitarian concerns, present serious risks to public safety and the environment, and may interfere with the federal government’s ability to carry out its official duties," the DOJ said.

"This floating barrier poses a risk to navigation, as well as public safety, in the Rio Grande River, and it presents humanitarian concerns," the DOJ letter continued. "Thus, we intend to seek appropriate legal remedies, which may include seeking injunctive relief requiring the removal of obstructions or other structures in the Rio Grande River."

Abbott, a Republican, responded aggressively to the DOJ announcement.

He defended the use of the barrier.

Abbott had previously proudly announced the implementation of the barrier, which is composed of orange buoys intended to discourage migrants from crossing the Rio Grande.

"Anytime they get in that water, it’s a risk to the migrants. This is the deterrent from even coming in the water," Texas Department of Public Safety director Steve McCraw said.
