Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX) is gaining a reputation as a moderate.
He has stood tall during this immigration debacle, calling out his own party for refusing to do anything.
So, now he is capitalizing on that by giving Pelosi a little jab.
Stay Out
Cuellar said he would back Pelosi as Speaker again, but that is where it stops.
He stated, "My first vote is for Nancy Pelosi — no ifs, no but — but then after that, it's my district."
That, of course, is a lie.
Other than border issues, Cuellar votes with Pelosi just about every time.
Again, I give him props for standing tall on the border, but do not let Cuellar fool you into thinking he is a moderate candidate.
